Parse
Common questions about Parse, with links to its docs and limits.
Connecting from code? See the Parse docs. How it works and what each plan includes: the Parse page.
Which lead emails does it understand out of the box?
Ready-made templates cover Zillow buyers and sellers, Zillow mortgage leads, Realtor.com, IDX website registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify, Firepoint, eLead Network and paid social lead forms. A catch-all template picks up the rest, so a redesigned email still delivers the lead.
Every template is a copy you can edit, and you can write your own rules for any email.
How do leads get into Google Sheets or Zapier?
Add a destination to the inbox. For Google Sheets, share the sheet with SyncYak’s address, paste its link, pick the tab, and each parsed email adds one row. For Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook) and paste its URL into the inbox; Make and n8n work the same way. Webhooks for your own app work alongside both.
What is a Google Sheets lookup?
Before a lead is delivered, Parse finds the row of a second sheet whose column matches a parsed field, and copies the columns you pick into the lead: the agent who owns a zip code, the loan officer for a listing, a campaign name for a source. Lookups start on Hobby.
Can I keep using my own email address?
Yes. Forward mail from your address to your Parse inbox, or set the inbox as the address the portal sends to. From Hobby, receive on your own domain, such as leads@parser.yourbrokerage.com.
I use mailparser.io today. Can I move?
Yes. Pick a ready-made template for your lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, website forms and more) or build your own in minutes, then point your lead emails at your new inbox. Form-encoded payloads are available if your receiver expects them.
